  • DOES YOUR PRICE INCLUDES THE INSURANCE OR DO I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA FOR IT?

All our cars have insurance,  and the total price includes insurance fee. You don't have to pay any extra for it.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF AN ACCIDENT OCCURS?

In case of an accident or damage, please call us at 0850 811 76 56 , we will assist you. Please call the police without moving your vehicle  and get an alcohol report. If the accident occurs is in the gendarmerie area then you have to call the gendarmerie. If there is a second vehicle involved in the accident; then please be sure that you take the photocopy of the other party's driver's license, the photocopies of the license of the vehicle, and also the photocopy of your driver license. And also the crash reports must be fully filed and signed by both drivers.


Especially in single-sided accidents, vehicle photos at accident area must be taken. If the car is inoperable, you can call us, we will help you to take a tow truck service.


Accidents which occur while the vehicle is parked, we need the documents of the other party. A police report requested if the other vehicle is not known.

  • WHAT CASES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN INSURANCE?

The insurance doesn't covers the damage of the car in the case of accidents when driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It also doesn't covers the damage if the driver's name has not written on the rental contract.


Accidents caused by a red light violation are also excluded.

To deliver the complete documentation is in your responsibility. Due to the insurance company won't pay for the damage unless all the documents given, you have to pay the total cost.

  • IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT FOR DRIVING LICENSE?

As you will not be able to rent a car without a license, we also have a driving license age limit up to some classes of vehicles. For our economic class vehicles, this limit is at least 21 years of age and 2 years of driver's license.

  • SHOULD I HAVE A CREDIT CARD?

You don't need to have a credit card. You can make the payment by cash.

  • HOW SHOULD I MAKE THE PAYMENT?

You can make your payment by cash or a credit card at the delivery point when you get your car. You can also make your payment by money transfer before the pick up date.

  • INCASE OF RESERVATION CANCELLATION OR AN EARLY DROP CAN I GET MY PAYMENT BACK?

If you make your payment via bank transfer we will pay back your money with only %18 fee, when you inform us about the cancellation 3 days before the rental date.


If yu want to drop your rental car before the drop off date we will pay back your money and only get 3 days price as a fee.

  • CAN I MAKE EXTENSION TO THE RENTAL PERIOD?

If you want to extend the reservation please inform us a minimum of 48 hours before the drop off date, if vehicle is available, then the extension will be made.

  • DOES THE PRICE INCLUDES THE MOTORWAY TOLLS?

When you use the motorways we will calculate the usage and inform you at the end of your rental. So you will only make your usages payment at the drop off.
